During Saturday night's men's basketball game, senior Julius Porter scored his 1,000th career point.  His 1,000th point came on a three-point basket with just over four minutes remaining in the game.  Unfortunately for Porter and the Wolves, it wasn't enough as they lost to Lawrence Tech 76-64.

The men's basketball team will be hosting alumni night on Tuesday night, January 29th when the Wolves play host to the Marygrove College Mustangs.  Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30pm.  In their first meeting at Marygrove, the Wolves defeated the Mustangs 76-70 back on December 5th.

Dearborn, MI - In his eighth start of the season, sophomore Khalil Beidoun made the most of the it.  Beidoun led all scorers on Saturday with 20 points as the Wolves knocked off the Aquinas College Saints 77-72.  It was Michigan-Dearborn's (6-15, 4-9) second win in three games and avenges their earlier loss this season to the Saints.  Aquinas (9-12, 7-6) shot 52% from the field, as did the Wolves, the difference was free throws.  Michigan-Dearborn made 15 free throws while Aquinas only attempted 16 free throws, making 10 of them.
